Warranty

Hypoel Technologies Pvt Ltd offers a lifetime replacement warranty to the original owner (purchaser) or to a new owner through a factory-authorized warranty transfer.
Hypoel will replace, free of charge, any modules that fail due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years (60 months) from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the display module, power module, and transformer module.
After the initial five-year period, Hypoel will charge for module replacements based on the specific component failures within the module system.

Hypoel’s replacement warranty covers only failures due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover failures resulting from abuse, misuse, chemical incompatibility, improper installation or maintenance, or transportation damage.
Consumable items, such as cables, cable connectors, cooling fans, switches, and cable-associated distribution box fittings, are excluded from this lifetime replacement warranty.
Hypoel will not honor the replacement warranty for parts that have been altered without written consent from Hypoel or altered in any way that, in Hypoel’s judgment, adversely affects the stability or reliability of the equipment or parts.
The warranty is void if non-Hypoel parts are incorporated into the equipment or if parts not purchased from Hypoel are used.
The warranty does not cover labor, freight, or transportation costs incurred in the replacement of any parts.
Hypoel is not responsible for any tampered or misplaced hologram stickers on the product. Additionally,
Hypoel is not liable for any consequential damage resulting from equipment malfunction.
Hypoel is not responsible for, and rejects liability for, any part failure due to acts of God, natural disasters, vandalism, intentional infliction of damage, or negligence.
